For Windows 10 and more recent Windows Server systems, the icons that appear on the taskbar show which applications are currently running. When an application starts additional programs, these additional programs are shown as combined into one icon. You can improve the way you navigate with Laguna by modifying the Windows Taskbar settings. Click on Start button and type Taskbar and select Taskbar Settings. Modify the Combine taskbar buttons value to When taskbar is full.
Note that this must be done for each Laguna user.
For Windows 10 and more recent Windows Server systems, the system tray icons at the bottom right may not show the Activity Log icon after Laguna is installed.
Click on the ^ icon and drag the blue water drop icon to the taskbar. This will allow you to see the status of commands and polling and also quickly launch the Activity Log by double-clicking the icon.
Note that this must be done for each Laguna user.
Notes are saved as Word documents so pictures can be added to Controller, Radio and Weather Station notes. This is useful to include photographic record of damage or repair status.
You can specify a user to have more that one email by entering multiple email addresses that are separated by a semicolon.
