Report Generator displays important information about events that occurred at the controller like station activity, amount of water used in gallons, daily accumulation for flow meters, the Alarms that were generated at the controller and other information which helps you to make irrigation decisions about when to schedule events or when to run a station in future.
From Laguna desktop,
1.Click on the Reports menu. Select Reports Generator.
2.Choose the required Report Type.
3.As appropriate, choose the controllers, alarms and the period for which you would like to generate data. Set the properties for Sort By, Display, Report By and Units.
4.Click Create Report.
Note: Only one report can be created at a time. To create a new report click on the Clear Report button.
Reports are broken into 5 categories, select a report type then fill in the report filters:

Irrigation Statistics •Controller Events i.e. station, master valve and pump activations •Flow meter which report measured flow totals •Water use show total consumption Alarm Reports •Central, Controller and Weather alarms Weather Reports •ET and Rain measured over time Program Reports •Review of programs, abridged and detailed Others •Transaction log which is effectively the activity log. |
The Print Preview tab in Report Generator allows you with the ability to navigate through the report, to save the report or to print the report.
The Report Generator provides you with the ability to make a print out of the report. You can save a copy in the following formats. PDF, CSV and XLSX are common formats that can be used to save and print reports.
Note that for MS Office type exports require MS Office or compatible program to be installed.
